Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) will be held on Friday, the 25th June, 2021 at 2:30 PM to, inter alia, consider and approve Accounts and Financial Results of HCL (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021 and recommendation for payment of dividend for FY $2020 - 21$ .
Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has already been given vide our Letter No. HCL/SCY/SE/2016 dated 31.3.2021 and the Trading Window shall remain closed till 27th June, 2021 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as per the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
