In compliance with Regulation 29(1) (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at Mumbai, to consider and approve, amongst others, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2020.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares is already closed from Friday, January 1, 2021 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
