Sub: Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company.
Ref: Reg. 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 201 5.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Anil Chandani, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company has submitted letter of resignation from the services of the Company with effect from 12" January 2021 due to personal reasons owing to his inability to relocate to Mumbai on account of serious family health considerations. Mr. Chandani's resignation has been accepted by the Company. He will continue in his current position as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person till 15" January, 2021.
