This has reference to our letter dated June 23, 2020, intimating that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 for approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020. The aforesaid meeting has been postponed to next week due to pandemic related delays in obtaining certain financial information from the Company's foreign subsidiary.
The new date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be intimated shortly.
