• *:* With around 28 years of experience in General and Project Management, Phani Kumar has been in leadership roles for more than 10 years. As a Business leader with direct P&L responsibility, Phani Kumar specialises in Project Management and delivery of EPC & Non-EPC projects, organisation turnaround, organisation building & restructuring and developing inorganic & organic growth strategies for the business, both in national & international markets.
• *:* Phani Kumar has ioined us from HOWE Enaineerina Projects lndia ~vt. Limited, a ~dan; ~roup Company, where he was working as CEO & Director. Prior to that, in PMC Projects he was holding the same position prior to the merger of PMC Projects with HOWE. Phani Kumar has also been the CEO of Elecon Engineering Projects. Phani Kumar also had a long stint at Lurgi lndia Co. Limited heading the function of Project Controls & Site Management for lndia & overseas. He has also worked in Bateman Engineering Projects, DLF Industries & BHEL. Subsequent to leaving HOWE Engineering Projects lndia Pvt. Limited, Phani Kumar worked briefly in another organisation.
• • Phani Kumar's experience spans across various sectors in Infrastructure space like Power, Ports, Roads & Railways, Minerals & Metals, Utilities, Oil & Gas including LPG terminals & cross-country Pipelines, Inland container depots & private freight terminals. His work experience includes working in various countries in Europe, Asia and Africa, besides India.
• .:* Phani Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer and has a Management degree in Project Management. He also has completed a Leadership Program conducted in collaboration with Harvard University and various courses relating to FlDlC & NEC Contract management, Risk Management, TQM etc from premier institutes.
