Sub: Appointment of Actinq Compliance Officer

We had informed the Stock Exchanges vide our earlier letter dated November 1, 2018 regarding resignation of Mr. Venkatesan Arunachalam as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from the close of working hours on November 6, 2018.

Please note that the Company is in the process of appointing a Company Secretary in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

In the meantime, it is informed that Ms. Sree Vidhya Raju, a qualified Company Secretary has been appointed as the Acting Compliance Officer in accordance with Regulation 6(1) of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from November 12, 2018, until further notice.
