Sub: Intimation of sad demise of Mr. Raghu Nandan Mody (DIN: 00053329), NonExecutive Chairman of the Company.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, we regret to inform about the sad demise of Mr. Raghu Nandan Mody, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company on Thursday, 8[th] February 2024 at around 12.56 p.m.

It is an irreversible loss to the Company. The Company immensely benefited from his vision and leadership during his tenure.
