Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 6th May, 2019, inter nlia, to consider the following matters:

1. To approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019;

2. to approve the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019; and

3. to recommend the payment of dividend for that year, if any.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window is closed from Wednesday, 3rd April, 2019 and the same shall re-open on Thursday, 9th May, 2019 for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
