Sub: Intimation pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 59[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 29[th] September, 2023 at 11:45 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") without physical presence of the Members at a common venue in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and General Circular No. 10/2022 dated 28[th] December, 2022 read with General Circular Nos. 14/2020 dated 8[th] April, 2020, 17/2020 dated 13[th] April, 2020, 20/2020 dated 5[th] May, 2020 and 02/2022 dated 5[th] May, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 23[rd] September, 2023 to Friday, 29[th] September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 59[th] Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2023, if declared at the ensuing 59[th] AGM.

It is also notified that the divided for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2023 will be paid to those shareholders, whose names stand on the Register of Members / List of Beneficiaries as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, 22[nd] September, 2023.
