th Annual General With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 58 Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29 th September, 2022 at 11:45 a.m. (1ST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") without physical presence of the Members at a common venue in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circular Nos. 14/2020, dated 8 th April, 2020, 17 /2020, dated 13 th April, 2020, 20/2020 dated 5 th May and 02/2022 dated 5 th May, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 23 [rd ] th September, 2022 to Thursday, 29 September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 58 th Annual General Meeting.

It is also notified that the divided for the financial year ended 31[st ] March, 2022 will be paid to those shareholders, whose names stand on the Register of Members / List of Beneficiaries as on the cut-off date i.e. Thursday, 22 [nd ] September, 2022.
