In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“NRC”) has granted 12,90,372 Stock Options, comprising of 9,86,841 Options and 3,03,531 Restricted Stock Units on 12[th] November, 2021 to eligible employee of the Company, under the Hindalco Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (“the Scheme”). The Scheme is implemented through Hindalco Employees Welfare Trust.

The grant details are as follows:

Number of Stock Options Granted	12,90,372 Stock Options in aggregate, comprising of9,86,841 Options and 3,03,531 Restricted Stock Units.

Vesting Period	For Options - 33% each, over 3 years. The first vesting beingon completion of one year from the date of grant.For RSUs: -1. 1,37,969 RSU 100 % vesting at the end of 3 years fromthe date of grant.2. 165,562 RSUs 50 % vestingeachyear,over 2years.
Exercise Period	Stock Options to be exercised within 5 years from the dateof vesting
Exercise Price	For Options - Rs. 453.95 /- per Option, based on the "MarketPrice" on 11thNovember, 2021 in accordance with applicableSEBI SBEB Regulations.For RSU- Rs.1/-per RSU.
Performance condition	The vesting of all Options and RSUs are subject to theperformance condition.
