Sub: Acquisition of Company -Ryker Base Private Limited by Renuka Investments and Finance Limited (Wholly owned subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Limited “the Company”)

Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’)

In continuation to our letter dated 3[rd] November, 2021 we hereby inform you that Renuka Investments and Finance Limited(wholly owned subsidiary of the Company)has completed the acquisition of 5,20,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Ryker Base Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 1,675.4 million subject to adjustment of final purchase price in accordance with the SPA. Consequent to the said acquisition, Ryker Base Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Renuka Investments and Finance Limited.
