(i) consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended 31st March, 2021;

(ii) recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31st March,2021.

As informed by our communication dated31st March, 2021 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1st April, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results.
