Subject: Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution passed today i.e. March 30, 2026, have approved and allotted 1,71,83,807 (One Crore Seventy-One Lakh Eighty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Seven) Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 02/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up, in the proportion of 1:1, i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 02/- (Rupees Two only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 02/- (Rupees Two only) each, to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members/Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on March 27, 2026, the ‘Record Date’ fixed for this purpose. The said bonus shares would be credited to the shareholders within the statutory time limits.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased as follows:
