With reference to global outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), we wish to inform you that the Company continues to follow the guidance/directives issued by the Central Government/State Government/Municipal Authorities/Local Government Offices and other Regulatory Authorities and the Company has been taking a series of measures to ensure safety and health of all its employees. In view of three weeks lockdown across the Country, announced by Hon. Prime Minister of India, the operations of all our plants have closed down.

Under the circumstances, the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company would not be immediately assessable. The executive employees of the Company have been instructed to work from home as per the Government and regulatory directives. Safety and well-being of the employees remains our top priority in these uncertain times.

The Company has also filed the ‘Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19’ e-web based form with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Company also recognizes that the situation is evolving rapidly and the Company will continue to closely monitor the situation and take appropriate action as per the directions issued by regulatory authorities from time to time.
