Sub: Update about the expansion/backward integration.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in reference to our earlier intimation about the Expansion/ backward integration at Company’s Sinnar plant.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with the Clause B of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that expansion/backward integration for manufacture of Continuously transposed conductor (CTC), Enameled paper insulated copper conductor (EPICC) & paper insulated copper conductor (PICC) is completed & plant is put to use w.e.f. 29[th] September 2025 and commercial production is expected to start within 30 days from the date of put to use the plant.

This backward integration is in line with the Company’s commitment made in past. This will help to enhance operational efficiency by streamlining the supply chain, reducing dependence on external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products, strengthen Company’s business, optimising cost and improving the margin
