This is in reference to the resolution passed on January 1, 2023 by shareholders for issuing of 13,50,000 sweat equity shares to Mr. Suramya Nevatia, Managing Director & CEO (KMP) and allotment of 5,50,000 sweat equity shares in first trench on March 29, 2023.

We hereby inform you that the validity of this shareholders resolution under Regulation 32(4) of SEBI SBEB Regulations 2021 is twelve months from the date of passing the said resolution. The same will expire today i.e. December 31, 2023.
