Over a 20+ year tenure at Power Integrations, he led global marketing and applications engineering organizations, scaling revenues from $134M to $650M, expanding gross margins from 44% to 56%, and establishing market leadership in wide bandgap technologies including GaN and SiC. Known for his strong	Mrs. Megha Singh Shekhawat is an Associate Company Secretary with years of hands-on experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance. She has worked extensively with listed companies, unlisted companies, LLPs, and Section 8 companies, handling end-to-end MCA, ROC, and Stock Exchange compliances. Her expertise spans company incorporations, statutory filings, corporate governance, drafting of legal and secretarial documents, and liaison with regulatory authorities and banks.
