Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11 A.M. at the corporate office of the Company, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following:

• 1) Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company along with the limited review report for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025.

• 2) Consider the proposal for issuance of its Bonus equity shares of the Company in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, including Rules framed thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended, and other applicable laws subject to approval of Members of the Company.

Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2025-26/67 dated December 29, 2025, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
