1. We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2023-2024/38 dated December 30, 2023, we had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from January 1, 2024 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.

1. This is to inform you that a meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is scheduled on Thursday, February 8, 2024, to consider the allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under the 'HIRECT Employees Stock Option Plan - 2018' (ESOP - 2018) of the Company.
