Sub: Intimation of Board and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting

We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2024.

Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2024-25/34 dated September 26, 2024, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from October 1, 2024 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is scheduled on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, to consider the allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under the 'HIRECT Employees Stock Option Plan - 2018' (ESOP - 2018) of the Company.
