We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.

Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2022-2023/12 dated June 29, 2023, we had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from June 30, 2023 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
