We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday May 26, 2022 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 and to consider and recommend the dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any, on equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, in our letter no HIRECT/ SEC/2021-22/61 dated March 30, 2022, we had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from March 31, 2022 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting. .
