Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/ 2022-23 /16 dated June 30, 2022, we had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from June 30, 2022 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
