We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021.
Further, in our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2021-22/47, we had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from December 31, 2021 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
