We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 11% November 2020 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2020.
Further, our letter no HIRECT/SEC/2020-21/42 dated 29th September, 2020, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from 30% September 2020 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting.
