We with to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015, ^a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 18th May, ²⁰¹⁹ at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, ²⁰¹⁹ and to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19, if any on equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Further, our letter no HIRECT/SEC/ ²⁰¹ 9-20/ ⁰¹ dated 4th April, 2019, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from 4th April, ²⁰¹⁹ till ⁴⁸ (forty eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting.
