Her current tenure as an Executive Director will be expired on 14th January, 2020.

She is Granddaughter-in—law of Mr. S. K. Nevatia, Chairman and Managing Director and spouse of Mr. Suramya Nevatia, Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Smt. Akshada Nevatia (DIN: 05357438) has done graduation in psychology from SR College, Pune and masters in clinical psychology from Fergusson College, Pune. She has also done her Diploma in Family Managed Business from S. P. Jain Institute, Mumbai.

She is having approximately five year experience in Darode Jog Properties in Real Estate Industry and four years experience in Hind Rectifiers Limited. She joined the Board of Hind Rectifiers Limited in January, ²⁰¹⁷ Where she is ^a member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She is looking after General Corporate Management and Governance and involving in all the financial, accounting, banking matter of the Company.
