Biing-Seng Wu beneficially owns 17,024,062 Shares and 14,706,048 Shares through Sanfair Asia Investments Ltd. and Chi-Duan Investment Co. Ltd, respectively, both of which are investment companies controlled by Biing-Seng Wu. In effect, Biing-Seng Wu beneficially owns 31,793,786 Shares, representing approximately 16.01% of the outstanding Shares. Biing-Seng Wu has sole power to vote and dispose of 31,793,786 Shares.

Sanfair Asia Investments Ltd. directly owns 17,024,062 Shares, representing approximately 8.57% of the outstanding Shares. Sanfair Asia Investments Ltd. has sole power to vote and dispose of 17,024,062 Shares.
