Promoter Releases 100% of Pledged Shares in Himatsingka Seide Limited

• Bengaluru, June 17, 2019 Himatsingka Seide Limited (The Company) received communication on Friday, June 14, 2019 from Promoter Group Entities that the entire pledge of their shareholding of the Company has been released. Therefore, there is no pledge of any Promoter Group shareholding in Himatsingka Seide Limited.
