RETIREMENT OF CHAIRMAN UPDATE

As announced on 22 May 2017 Dean Brown AO is stepping down from the Hillgrove Resources Limited Board after more than 10 years as the Chairman, and John Gooding will be taking over from him as Chairman of the Board.

Dean has advised his retirement is effective on 31 May 2017 and John will commence in the role of Chairman from 1 June 2017. The Board will announce a director replacement shortly.
