Transaction in Own Shares

Hill & Smith PLC announces that on 4 September 2025, its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, at an average price of £21.025062 per share.

All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans or Deferred Bonus Plans.

Following the purchase, the EBT holds 125,141 ordinary shares, representing 0.156% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital as at today is 80,352,816 ordinary shares.
