(the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

Reference is made to the Company Announcement dated, February 18, 2025, announcing that the Company had requested the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Stock Exchange to suspend trading in Company shares in terms of Capital Markets Rules 1.15 and 1.16 with immediate effect.

The Company hereby announces that trading in the Company shares is being suspended with immediate effect.

The Company will keep the market updated in accordance with the Capital Markets Rules.
