The following is a company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16.5. of the Listing Rules.
QUOTE
The Company hereby announces that Mr. Albert Galea, holder of Identity Card Number 504677M, of 21, Gregorio Carafa, Street, Mtarfa, Malta has resigned from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the 30 June 2017.
There is no matter concerning Mr. Albert Galea requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
It is further announced that with effect from the 30 June 2017 Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Identity Card Number 569579M of 299, Ithaca, Triq Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta, will take on the role of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Camilleri is currently a director of the Company, director of PTL Holdings p.l.c. and Chief Financial Officer of Hili Ventures Limited, the parent company.
There is no further matter concerning Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20. and 5.21.
