The following is a company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rules 5.16.5. and 5.16.23 of the Listing Rules.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Karl Joseph Naudi has tendered his resignation from the office of Managing Director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Naudi for his service to the Company.
In view of Mr. Naudi's resignation, it is further announced that Mrs. Margrith Lutschg-Emmenegger, Chairperson of the Company, will also act as Chief Executive Officer.
There is no matter requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 50.20.9.
