The following is a company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16.5. of the Listing Rules.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Albert Galea, of 21, Gregorio Carafa, Street, Mtarfa, Malta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the 14 March 2016.
Mr. Galea is an ACCA-qualified accountant and joins the Company from The General Soft Drinks Company Ltd and The WaterFront Hotel Limited where he previously held the post of Chief Financial Officer.
There is no matter concerning Mr. Albert Galea requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 50.20.9.
