LONDON, 18 March 2019: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 17 March 2016 under the 2014 Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP") which was completed on 18 March 2019.
