LONDON, 31 May 2017: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 29 May 2017 under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which was completed on 31 May 2017.
