The Letter of Award (LOA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on October 13, 2025.

The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD- PoD2/CIR/P/0155/2024 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
