Re Loan

Further to the General Meeting held on 21 June 2013 and the recent announcement of results for the the year ended 28 February 2013, the Company is pleased to announce that it is today in receipt of £150,000 having recently entered into an unsecured loan agreement with Mr M Szytko, a director and shareholder, repayable after 2 years and bearing interest at a rate of 5 per cent. per annum.
