Loan to Company

Highway Capital Plc announces that it has issued a Convertible Loan Note for the amount of £100,000. The Loan has a term of five years, conversion price of 5p per new ordinary share and 5% interest per annum payable at maturity.

The Company also announces that it has repaid the principal amount of Convertible Loan Note issued on 17 July 2017 and issued new Convertible Loan Note for the accrued interest of £6,550. The Loan has a term of two years, conversion price of 5p per new ordinary share and 5% interest per annum payable at maturity.
