Conversion of Debt to Equity

Highway Capital Plc announces that it has received notice from Wildman Asset Management SA of the conversion of £85,000 of outstanding debt into ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10 pence per share.

The Company has issued and allotted 850,000 new Ordinary Shares in satisfaction of the conversion and application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 9 September 2016 ("Admission")

Following Admission, the total number of shares in issue in the Company will be 9,590,201. As the Company currently holds no shares in treasury the total number of voting rights will similarly be 9,590,201.
