Dominic Wheatley, non-executive director of Highway Capital, has decided to step down from the board with immediate effect following the recent appointment of three new directors to the company.  Wheatley commented 'I am really pleased that Maciej Szytko now has a new team to take the company forward and I am looking forward to seeing their progress in due course.'

In connection with his resignation, Mr Wheatley has been granted 150,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Highway Capital at a price of 20 pence per share at any time until 20 April 2021.
