Board change

Ed Levey has resigned from the board of Highway Capital plc with immediate effect. Ed has now fully retired to the West Country and over the last few years has divested himself of various commercial roles. The Directors would like to thank him for his hard work and contribution to the Company over the years and wish him a happy and busy retirement.

The board has identified a suitable candidate to fill Ed Levey's role on the board and will make an announcement on this in due course.
