Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution to approve the proposed transfer of the Company's listing from a premium listing to a standard listing on the Official List (the "Proposed Transfer"), was duly passed. The Proposed Transfer is expected to take place on 11 July 2013.

A copy of the Resolution passed will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing online at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do

Unless otherwise defined, terms in this announcement have the defined meaning given to them in the circular which was sent to shareholders on 20 May 2013.
