Changes in the Management Board of Sport1 Medien AG

The Supervisory Board of Sport1 Medien AG, a group company of Highlight Communications AG, in which Highlight Event and Entertainment in turn holds a 52.2% stake, has resolved to reshuffle the Management Board of Sport1 Medien AG.

The Chairman of the Board Olaf Schröder will leave the company with immediate effect.

The two board members Dr. Matthias Kirschenhofer and Robin Seckler will jointly manage the company as co-CEOs in the future.

The Board of Directors of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG would like to thank Olaf Schröder for his significant development of Sport1 into a multi-channel sports platform and for the many years of valuable collaboration.
