DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

After reassessing his work commitments, Mr Scott Funston has resigned as a director of the Company effective 28 February 2014. Mr Funston has made a significant contribution to the Company as a founding officer of the Company dating back to October 2011. The Board would like to sincerely thank him for his efforts and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board of Highfield Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Stephens as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Stephens is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Advisor with over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and accounting profession. Mr Stephens is a director and company secretary of multiple ASX listed entities.

Mr Aaron Bertolatti has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company effective 28 February 2014. The Board would like to acknowledge the valuable contribution made by Mr Bertolatti during his tenure as Company Secretary.
