The Company announces that it was notified on 11 January 2023, that Kingerlee Homes Limited, being a legal person closely associated with David Warlow (a Non-Executive Director), purchased 12,200 shares on 7 November 2022 from another member of the Kingerlee Concert Party.

Following the purchase of shares, Kingerlee Homes Limited now holds a total of 411,293 ordinary shares, 7.92% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result of this transaction there is no change in the total holding of the Kingerlee Concert Party of 2,127,382 shares, 40.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
