Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that a PCA of David Kingerlee had purchased 1,420 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 890 pence per share from another PCA of David Kingerlee.

As a result of these transactions the disclosable interest of David Kingerlee, a director of the Company, remains unchanged at 1,535,803 ordinary shares and the combined holding of the Kingerlee Concert Party remains unchanged at 2,164,466 ordinary shares.
