The Company was notified today that, following changes to family trusts, David Kingerlee's non-beneficial holdings have reduced by 21,445 shares.

David Kingerlee, a Director of the Company, has an unchanged beneficial interest in 89,470 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 1.73 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company in addition to his disclosable non-beneficial interest in 38,890 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 0.75 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
